Alexander var en toppenvärd och hela tiden tillgänglig. Huset var i mycket bra skick med många sociala ytor utomhus. Vi trivdes bra och hade en toppensemester.

About this property
Villa Falsterbo is a spacious and light-filled home, ideally suited for larger families or groups who want room to spread out. The open-plan ground floor connects the living room — with its fireplace and piano — to a generous gourmet kitchen with marble island, where cooking together feels natural while the children play in the room next door. The dining table seats eight, and the house has four bedrooms in total — two doubles and two singles — plus a flexible office that easily converts into a sleeping space.
Outside, a private garden awaits with a hot tub for eight, a pergola with dining for ten, and a BBQ that makes summer evenings something to look forward to. There are plenty of lounge spots for doing absolutely nothing, book in hand or glass of wine at the ready.
The villa is located on Oxgränd in Falsterbo, just a short walk from the beach and the Falsterbo Horse Show grounds. Please note that the separate guest apartment on the property is not included in the booking.

We had a wonderful stay at Alexander's beautiful home! He is a great host and was always responsive and helpful — we enjoyed his list of recommendations very much. We stayed in Falsterbo for just over a week and it was the perfect escape from city life — our toddler really enjoyed visiting the nearby beaches and horse stables.

We had a wonderful time staying at Alex's place in Falsterbo. The house has been recently re-done and is extremely well set up. The location is great to walk to the beach in 5 mins. Definitely the perfect option for guests with young families.
